ATTENTION TO DETAILS IS LACKING. SOME STAFF MEMBERS ARE NOT TRAINED IN CHILD DAYCARE AND IT SHOWS. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE THERE ONLY FOR A JOB. SOME MENU ITEMS ARE QUESTIONABLE. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS QUITE A BIT OF PROCESSED FOODS USED. ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE POOR FOR RETURNING PHONE CALLS, FINDING LOST ITEMS (AFTER SAYING THEY WILL LOOK), HANDLING BUSINESS AFFAIRS AND ADMIN. MEDICINE WHEN NEEDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE DAYCARE, BUT GO IN WITH EYES WIDE OPEN AND ASK QUESTIONS AND STAY ON TOP OF STAFF.
